We welcomed the Comptroller General of @CustomsNG, Mr. Adewale Adeniyi, to the site of the proposed N73 billion Zonal Office and Training School in Ilisan, Ikenne Local Government Area.

During the visit, we highlighted how this project, along with the planned Kajola Inland Dry Port and Olokola Seaport, will enhance Ogun State’s status as an industrial hub and attract further investment.

We emphasised the strategic location of the training school near the Gateway Agro-Cargo International Airport, which will support effective customs operations for import and export processes. We appreciated the Comptroller General’s efforts in advancing the project and noted the positive impact it will have on local job creation and economic growth.

The Comptroller General assured us that the project might be completed ahead of schedule. He commended Ogun State for its crucial role in the project and expressed confidence that it will set a high standard for customs operations across Africa.
